Emergency Fix Guide

When everything feels broken, follow this order. Do not panic.

1

Stop and do not delete anything

Deleting files or configs in a panic often makes things worse. Pause before acting.

2

Take screenshots

Capture the exact error message, the last thing you typed, and what you were trying to do.

3

Copy the exact error

Copy and paste error text rather than retyping it. One wrong character can mislead everyone.

4

Do not paste secret keys into support chats

Bot tokens, API keys, and passwords should never be shared in public or semi-public channels.

5

Try /status

If Telegram is still responding, run /status to get a health snapshot.

6

Try /reset only if Telegram responds

If the bot is receiving messages, a safe reset may clear the issue. Do not use /reset if the bot is completely silent.

7

If Telegram does not respond, use Termius

Open the IT Room (Termius) and check if the service is running. This is the emergency path when the Front Desk is down.

8

Collect support info

Gather logs, screenshots, and a timeline of what happened. Then visit the Support Checklist.
